Transportation; carriers; civil fines for violation of local law regulating the operation of for-hire motor vehicles; limit the number of citations issued, require certain training to be classified as a motor carrier enforcement officer, and provide for percentage allocation of fines between the local unit of government in which the citation is issued and for library purposes. Amends sec. 18, art. V of 1933 PA 254 (MCL 479.18).
