Traffic control; violations; uniform traffic code or ordinance regulating the operation of a commercial vehicle; limit the number of citations issued, require certain training to be classified as a motor carrier enforcement officer, and provide for percentage allocation of fines between the city, village, or township in which the citation is issued and for library purposes. Amends 1956 PA 62 (MCL 257.951 - 257.954) by adding sec. 5.
