Amends secs. 303, 310d, 310e, 319, 320a, 624b, 625, 625a, 625c, 625f, 625g, 625i, 625k, 625l, 625m & 904d of 1949 PA 300 (MCL 257.303 et seq.) & adds sec. 1d.
