Elections; ballots; absent voter ballots; revise military and overseas personnel eligible to apply, revise regulations concerning polling places, allow appointment of minor political party election inspectors, revise requirement that clerks provide assistance in returning absent voter ballots, and provide other general amendments. Amends secs. 662, 674, 758, 759a, 761, 764a, 764b, 765 & 810a of Act 116 of 1954 (MCL 168.662 et seq.).
