Pursuant to Senate Rule 1.110(c), I respectfully request that my name be added as a cosponsor of Senate Bills 449-451 sponsored by Senator Anthony and Senator Lindsey. This bill package is currently referred to the Senate Health Policy Committee. These bills will help to provide relief for people struggling with the high costs of health care. They build on the success of Michigan’s previous improvements on medical debt relief by providing a proactive, practical approach to reduce long-term and help Michiganders combat the cycle of debt.
