A bill to amend 1953 PA 232, entitled

"Corrections code of 1953,"

by amending section 46 (MCL 791.246), as added by 1982 PA 314.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 46. All decisions and recommendations of the parole board required by this act shall must be by a majority vote of the parole board or, except as otherwise prohibited by this act, a parole board panel created pursuant to section 6(2).

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 4562 (request no. 01874'21) of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
