CONTENT
The bill would amend the Mental Health Code to change citations to the Michigan Compiled Laws section that Senate Bill 101 adds. (Senate Bill 101 (i.e., Public Act 146 of 2022) adds Section 170 to the Code to allow a county board of commissioners to establish a county mental health transportation panel for the purpose of establishing a transportation mechanism to serve as an alternative to a peace officer transporting an individual when required under the Code.)
