CONTENT

The bill would amend the Michigan Transportation Fund law to extend, from July 8, 2022, to January 31, 2023, the date by which the Michigan Department of Transportation would have to deliver to the Governor and certain Senate and House members a written report on a feasibility study and strategic implementation plan concerning the tolling of highways in the State.
