A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled
"Michigan memorial highway act,"
(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 89a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 89a. The portion of business loop I-94 between the
eastern and western city limits of the city of Battle Creek shall
be known as the "Detective LaVern S. Brann Memorial Highway".
