SUBSTITUTE FOR

HOUSE BILL NO. 5512

     A bill to amend 2012 PA 615, entitled

"Michigan energy assistance act,"

by amending section 6 (MCL 400.1236).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 6. This act does not apply after September 30, 2016.2019.

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

after the date it is enacted into law.
