A bill to amend 1931 PA 189, entitled
"The insect pest and plant disease act,"
by repealing section 12 (MCL 286.212).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Section 12 of 1931 PA 189, MCL 286.212, is
repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
