SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 838

     A bill to amend 1937 PA 94, entitled

"Use tax act,"

by repealing section 3d (MCL 205.93d).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Enacting section 1. Section 3d of the use tax act, 1937 PA 94,

MCL 205.93d, is repealed immediately after it takes effect on

December 1, 2007.
