A bill to amend 1937 PA 94, entitled "Use tax act," by amending the title and sections 3a and 5 (MCL 205.93a and 205.95), sections 3a and 5 as amended by 2004 PA 172, and by adding section 3d.

The Senate has adopted the report of the Committee of Conference and ordered that the bill be given immediate effect.
