ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 624
AN ACT to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled "An act to consolidate prior acts naming certain Michigan highways; to provide for the naming of certain highways; to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department; and to repeal acts and parts of acts and certain resolutions," (MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 92.
The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Sec. 92. (1) Highway US-24 in Wayne county shall be known as the "10th Mountain Division Memorial Highway".
(2) Highway M-3 in Macomb county beginning at the intersection of M-3 and Harrington Boulevard and continuing north to its end shall be known as the "Ronald W. Reagan Memorial Highway".
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless House Bill No. 4718 of the 93rd Legislature is enacted into law.
This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
