CONTENT
House Bill 6147 would repeal Sections 16131 and 16263 of the Public Health Code, which prescribe the length and expiration date of terms of members serving on boards regulating various health occupations, and restrict the use of certain words, titles, and letters to individuals authorized to use them under the Code, respectively.


House Bills 6145, 6146, 6148, 6149 (H-1), and 6150 would amend the Code to reenact in Parts 183 (Occupational Therapists), 185 (Social Work), 175 (Osteopathic Medicine & Surgery), 180 (Podiatric Medicine & Surgery), and 181 (Counseling), respectively, the provisions of the repealed sections applicable to each of those professions.


The bills are tie-barred to House Bill 6147.
