A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled
"The general property tax act,"
(MCL 211.1 to 211.157) by adding section 7gg.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 7gg. Property for which a permit for a use or
2 development under part 303 of the natural resources and
3 environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.30301 to
4 324.30323, is denied or property that has been determined by the
5 department of natural resources to be a wetland in a written
6 determination or that is designated as a wetland in a final
7 inventory under part 303 of the natural resources and
8 environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.30301 to
9 324.30323, is exempt from the collection of taxes under this act.
