A bill to amend 1953 PA 232, entitled
"Corrections code of 1953,"
(MCL 791.201 to 791.283) by adding section 20d.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 20d. Effective January 1, 2004, the state correctional
2 facility now known as the Ionia maximum correctional facility
3 shall be known as the Jack Welborn correctional facility.
