A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5529 AS INTRODUCED 2-11-04

The bill would permit the State Administrative Board to convey certain state-owned property located in Ingham County to the City of Lansing for $1.  The property would have to be used exclusively for a city-owned public golf course, and if the property no longer was used for such a purpose, ownership of the property would revert back to the state.  

FISCAL IMPACT:

The bill would have no state or local fiscal impact.
