        A bill to amend 1994 PA 219, entitled

   "An act to establish the Michigan community service commission;
   to provide for the powers and duties of the Michigan community
   service commission; and to provide for the powers and duties of
   state departments and agencies and certain state officers and
   employees,"

   by amending section 2 (MCL 408.222).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             Sec. 2.  The Michigan community service commission is estab-

        lished within the  Michigan jobs commission, established by

 3
        Executive Order No. 1993-2  DEPARTMENT OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT.
