   "Occupational code,"

   by repealing section 1812 (MCL 339.1812).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 1812 of the occupational code,

 2    1980 PA 299, MCL 339.1812, is repealed.
