A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5481 AS INTRODUCED 3-7-00

House Bill 5481 would amend the Revised School Code to require that when school is in session, or when school-related activities are taking place at the school, the governing board of each public school district have at least one staff member present who is certified to administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
