A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5140 AS INTRODUCED 11-30-99


House Bill 5140 would amend the Michigan Vehicle Code to increase the allowable length of certain recreational vehicles from 59 to 65 feet. Specifically, the bill would require that the total length of the pickup truck, semitrailer designed for recreational living purposes, and its additional trailer or semitrailer, and load, could not exceed 65 feet.
