CONTENT

The bill would amend the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to provide that commercial forest land located in a renaissance zone under the Michigan Renaissance Zone Act (proposed by Senate Bill 668) would be exempt from the annual specific tax to the extent and for the duration provided pursuant to that Act.
