CONTENT

 

The bill would amend the Neighborhood Enterprise Zone Act to provide that a new facility or a rehabilitated facility located in a renaissance zone under the Michigan Renaissance Zone Act (proposed by Senate Bill 668) would be exempt from the neighborhood enterprise zone tax to the extent and for the duration provided pursuant to the proposed Act.
