SB 330 (McMorrow) Courts: juries; exemption from jury service; expand.

SB 456 (McMorrow) Law enforcement: reports; notification of the public by text message of a missing senior or vulnerable adult; provide for.

SB 430 (Chang) Crimes: controlled substances; crime of manufacturing, delivering, or possession of with intent to deliver heroin or fentanyl; modify to reflect changes in sentencing guidelines.

SB 431 (Anthony) Criminal procedure: sentencing guidelines; sentencing guidelines for delivering, manufacturing, or possessing with intent to deliver heroin or fentanyl; amend.

SB 432 (Victory) Criminal procedure: probation; probation for certain major controlled substances offenses; allow.
