Controlled substances; narcotic drugs; triplicate prescription program; require educational program for health care professionals, state legislative intent that the triplicate prescription program is not intended to hinder the legitimate prescription of schedule 2 narcotics, and exempt certain schedule 2 prescriptions from triplicate prescription requirement.
Amends secs. 7113 & 7333 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.7113 & 333.7333) & adds sec. 7332.
