COLLECTION DEPARTMENT Act 375 of 1927 AN ACT to provide for the collection of past due moneys and accounts belonging to the state of Michigan; to create a department therefor; to prescribe the duties of state officers, departments, commissions and institutions in relation thereto; and to make appropriations for defraying the expenses thereof.
