MICHIGAN CORPORATION AND SECURITIES COMMISSION Act 13 of 1935 AN ACT to create a commission to be known as the Michigan corporation and securities commission; to define the powers and duties thereof; to provide for the transfer to said commission of certain powers and duties now vested by law in the Michigan securities commission and the secretary of state, and to abolish the Michigan securities commission.

The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Section 451.1 Section Michigan corporation and securities commission; creation; commissioner, term, disqualification; seal; offices.
Section 451.2 Section Corporation and securities commission; powers; employees, salary; fees.
Section 451.3 Section Michigan securities commission; abolition, transfer of powers and duties to corporation and securities commission; records; fees, taxes and charges.
Section 451.4 Section Corporation and securities commission; review of orders; injunctions.
